We handcraft our Split Rock Organic Barrel Rested Gin from premium 100% USA grown organic corn and organic botanicals. We distill from 100% corn mash and then infuse with organic botanicals. Then we let our Gin age in our own Bourbon Whiskey barrels until it's smooth enough to sip-and strong enough to hold its own.
Tasting Notes: A dry citrus forward sip'able gin Botanical notes of juniper, angelica and lemon with a hint of woody Bourbon sweetness and oak in the clean finish.
Our Organic Barrel Rested Gin is mashed, fermented, distilled, infused, filtered, proofed, bottled and labeled by hand at Split Rock Distilling in Newcastle, Maine.
