3/4 oz Lemon Juice

2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters @angosturahouse
1 Medium Strawberry

Add strawberry and lemon juice to a shaker and muddle. Add bourbon, simple syrup, and bitters. Add ice and shake. Double strain into collins glass with fresh ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a whole strawberry on a spear!
