2 oz Split Rock Organic Blueberry Vodka
1/2 oz Royal Rose Organic Simple Syrup
Topo Chico seltzer water
Basil Leaves
Muddle basil leaves and syrup in a shaker. Add Blueberry Vodka and ice. Shake and strain into a coupe or collins glass - up. Top with Topo Chico.
