At Split Rock we take a real “heart of heart” cut for our white whiskey, giving it that great smooth quality. The only difference between our white whiskey and bourbon is time spent in the charred oak barrel. It’s really like standing before someone naked - there’s no barrel or filtration to hide behind, just bourbon on the day it was born.
