2 oz Split Rock Organic Blueberry Vodka
1/2 oz Rhubarb Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
Soda
Add Blueberry Vodka, rhubarb syrup, and lemon juice to a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a collins glass with fresh ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with a blueberry spear.
