3/4 oz Split Rock Cask Strength - Single Barrel Organic Bourbon
1 1/2 oz Amaretto
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/4 oz Royal Rose Organic Syrup
Egg White
Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice and dry shake wicked hard. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a coupe or martini glass-up. Garnish with some bourbon cherries.
